Passionate about Business Systems, Process Automation, and Salesforce
Learn MoreAs a data-driven professional with a relentless drive to conquer challenges, I thrive in the intersection of technology and problem-solving, with a particular passion for Salesforce. Armed with my certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Associate, I excel in designing, implementing, and managing robust Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
Every challenge to me represents an opportunity to learn, grow, and innovate. My philosophy is simple: understand the problem, dissect the data, and devise the solution. This approach has led to a successful career where I've been able to utilize Salesforce to transform business operations, streamline processes, and elevate performance metrics.
I deeply enjoy delving into the intricacies of Salesforce, continually discovering new ways to leverage its capabilities to meet and exceed business objectives. My hands-on experience with the platform, bolstered by my theoretical knowledge, allows me to turn complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
I’m Jordan Viehmeyer, a dedicated Salesforce expert and Business Systems Administrator, driven by a passion for problem-solving and leveraging cutting-edge technology to transform businesses. From a young age, I was introduced to computing and electronics engineering by my father, Jerry, a robotics engineer at Fox 5 NYC. My love for tinkering began early on, as my dad taught me how to solder and troubleshoot—skills that have proven invaluable in my professional career.
Though my father is no longer with us, his influence remains a guiding force in my life. I've had the opportunity to apply the hands-on skills he taught me at various companies, tackling technical challenges and delivering effective solutions. In honor of his legacy, I am pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, with the goal of expanding my expertise in the field of computer science.
Professionally, I specialize in Salesforce, focusing on delivering scalable, efficient solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. I have extensive experience implementing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and complex automations through Flows. Whether integrating third-party systems, optimizing workflows, or developing custom solutions, I aim to exceed business objectives while continuing to honor the passion my father instilled in me.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about hiking, photography, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and blockchain technology. I enjoy solving coding challenges and contributing to open-source projects in my free time.
